For the artist and their artwork protection, artwork will not be exhibited without complete inventory. Artists are responsible for labeling each piece of inventory with their name, price and title of the artwork.
ARTS CLAYTON SHALL RECEIVE 35% COMMISSION OF THE PRICE OF EACH ITEM SOLD. Remaining amount will be paid via check mailed to the below stated name and address the month following the sale of the item.
ALL ARTISTS MUST PICK UP THEIR WORK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE EXHIBITS END. After 30 days all artworks left behind is subject to become property of Arts Clayton. For giftshop items, inventory will be changed out regularly. Once contacted by the staff via the email listed below, you will have 14 days to collect your inventory. After 14 days all inventory is subject to become property of Arts Clayton. We do not store any inventory past pickup deadline.
Artists accept all risk and are responsible for obtaining proper insurance needed.
Arts Clayton reserves the right to photograph work for Art Clayton publicity, website, and any other social media platform.
Only original work created in the last 3 years will be displayed in the gallery area and exhibited.
Artwork must remain on display until the end of the exhibit and must be picked up on staff designated dates.
Artwork which infringes on the copyright of another artist will not be accepted or displayed.
Arts Clayton Curators Committee will determine which works will be accepted into inventory. This decision is based on limitations, other pieces submitted, relationship to theme, quality of work, and if work has been displayed recently. Only 4 pieces of artwork per show will be considered.
All artworks must be properly framed with hanging wire. Frames must be in good condition. If on canvas, it should be gallery wrapped with finished sides. (no visible staples)
